Youth Project
The Project
started running a Youth Club in April 2007 for those in
Year 6 to 16 years. We have a limit of 40 members due the size of Rodborough
Community Hall where we meet, and most weeks we have around 30 young
people who come to Youth Club. The club is led by a mix of paid and
volunteer youth workers. We have all sorts of activities and will be
setting up our own web site soon so that you can see what we do.
Taking part in Twinning activities – for example, French evenings
at Youth Club, penpal letters, web cam use and actual visits to St
Ismier (we hope!) will enable the young people at Rodborough Youth
Project to gain experience and knowledge of another culture – and
to find out whether there are differences or similarities for young
people growing up on the same continent.
